“ Came here right as they opened on the weekend for our anniversary. We were treated equally special by the staff and food was good. It was early so it was a very relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend for a simple dinner. Its located inside the hotel which we decided to enter through since the front steps into the restaurant is not accessible for strollers. Theres a big lot to park and its easy to get in and out of. ”

He was very nice, respectful, and had a sense of humor. I love that!! Request Willie as your server you wont regret it!! The food and atmosphere was great per usual. I love me some Ruth Chris. ”
“ I came alone on my first trip to Northbrook for a sales training. My waitress was Brittani who made sure I always had everything I needed. She was wonderful, she made me feel comfortable and even gave me a little conversation. I felt very comfortable. She was attentive and prompt.. sweet and recommended the Pomegranate Martini. Which was delicious. Not to discount the espresso martini which was just as good. I dont leave many reviews but Brittani was worth it. She is a great waitress and I wish more people had the patience and kindness that she showed me tonight. ”
“ Made a super last minute reservation for my husbands birthday at around 8 pm and when we arrived at 830 pm we had an amazing table prepared complete with birthday confetti and a personalized card. Our waiter Danielle was BEYOND AMAZING! Great service, great personality and great conversation. She even brought out a delicious cheesecake for us at the end! We would come back again just to be attended by her all around wonderful service! And the food was amazing as always! Thanks! ”
“ I visit Ruths Chris often I wanted to give a special shoutout to our waitress, who made my mothers 54th birthday great by creating a customized customer service experience! She had a very genuine soul to her, not to mention she was absolutely stunning! I loved her blue bow tie. Which gave her an approachable appearance while still remaining classy. That very serious black uniform needs some personality her style, down to the nails, gave me comfort in such a usually uptight setting, its even funnier shes an Aquarius! with the exact same birthday as myself! “ Quite possibly the best restaurant dining experience Ive had in years. Our server, Willie, was personable, professional, immediately responsive, and made the experience that much better by his service. My filet was sublime. The lobster tail was adequate, though not overly large. The crab cakes were delicious, and my wife noted they were filled with tender crab pieces, not the usual stuffing blob with a morsel or two of crab. The garlic mashed potatoes almost literally melted in the mouth. Each course was served without delay after we had finished the previous course. When next we are hosting either daughters inlaws in town, I hope to bring them here to demonstrate truly fine dining in the Chicago area. ”
